Acceptance

By using DealtIn you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use DealtIn. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

The Service

DealtIn is a community app and coping toolkit for neurodivergent poker players. We provide tools for session tracking, sensory management, and community discussion. We are not a gambling platform — no money changes hands through DealtIn.

Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for activity under your account
We may lock or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Community Guidelines

Be respectful — this is a support community, not a debate forum
No harassment, hate speech, or targeting of individuals
No promotion of gambling to minors
No spam, scams, or commercial solicitation
Posts may be reported and removed at moderator discretion

Your Content

You own your content. By posting to the community feed, you grant DealtIn a license to display it within the app. You can delete your posts at any time. Deleting your account removes all your content.

Not Medical Advice

DealtIn's tools (grounding exercises, stim suggestions, check-ins) are wellness aids, not medical treatment. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis hotline.

Availability

We aim to keep DealtIn available but make no guarantees of uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
