What We Collect

DealtIn collects only what is needed to provide the service:

• Email address — used for passwordless login
• Display name — shown in the community
• Phone number (optional) — for SMS login codes via Twilio
• ND identity tags (optional) — encrypted at rest, never shared publicly
• Session logs, check-ins, and debriefs — your poker session data, stored for your use only
• Community posts and comments — content you choose to share publicly

How We Protect Your Data

• Sensitive fields (ND identity tags, energy levels, emotional states, tilt triggers, coping notes) are encrypted at rest
• All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (Cloudflare)
• Passwordless authentication — we never store passwords
• Login codes expire after 10 minutes

What We Never Do

• Sell or share your data with third parties
• Show advertising
• Track you across other apps or websites
• Use your data for AI training

Data Export & Deletion

You can export all your data at any time from your profile. You can delete your account, which schedules it for removal within 30 days. During that period you can contact us to reverse the deletion.

Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection
• Twilio — SMS delivery for login codes (only if you opt in to text-based login)
